Becoming a Missionary with Maranatha Bible Church
The world is a big place, there are 8 BILLION people out there, living every day that we live, but very differently. They’re on the other side of the world, across oceans, speaking different languages, eating food different than ours, and sadly, billions of those people have not heard of the free gift of God that is eternal life through Jesus Christ. They don’t know they need to repent and trust in Jesus because they don’t know Who He is. They need someone to tell them.

Our leaders at Maranatha have a conviction and desire to send out members of our church to unreached people groups to share the Gospel, make disciples, and plant new churches. We are praying for God to raise up individuals, families, a team from Maranatha that will go to an unreached people group.
Do we realize what we’re asking? We’re asking for God to send people from our church that we love. People FROM our church. You, the people you know, the people in the seats and hallways you see each week, the people in your circles, those people.

What’s the process?

Complete “You Are Sent”, an 8 week elective to help discover your role in God’s global mission.
Commit to a 40 day prayer devotional and pray through applying to be sent full-time.

Complete an application, meet with MBC leaders, and discuss next steps and a personal development plan.
